Rinks closed for the season

Bourkevale's rinks are now closed for the season. It was a great run, another fun skating season. Bourkevale would like to thank all the volunteers who put the ice in and maintained it throughout the season. It was some of the best ice we've had in years.

Jam Nights

Bourkevale is hosting Jam Nights. These are informal evenings for musicians who want to get together and play some tunes. We have a drum kit and P.A. set up. So just bring your instrument - guitar, bass, brass, wind, whatever - and/or your voice. It's basically an open-mic evening.
Or just come and hang out and listen to music. Everyone's welcome. No sign-up, just casual.
We're hoping to  make this a regular thing if there's enough interest. Tell your friends. We have hosted several so far this year and they've been a great success, with multiple singers and bands getting up to play a wide variety of music.

What:  Jam Night
When: TBA
Time: 8 pm
Cost: None
Ages: All ages.

Coryna Blasko is a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga instructor, trained in India. Classes include pranayama, meditation, mantras, and asanam. Practice varies from vigorous and energetic to slow and gentle depending on the needs and desires of the students. All levels are encouraged to attend, from the curious to the seasoned.  Remember: saying you’re not flexible enough to do Yoga is like saying you’re too dirty to take a bath! Please bring a mat. Also, bring any props you prefer ( i.e. a strap, blocks*). Wear comfortable loose, or stretchy, clothing and bring a shawl or wrap if desired.  *A small selection of props are available for use on a first come first serve basis.  www.navadinayoga.com
